5.00We are a family of three from Singapore — two adults and our 2.7-year-old son Ashton — and this Philip Island day tour with Go West Tours was hands down the highlight of our entire 7-day Melbourne trip. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Dave, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He directed us to the main bus where we met our guide, Rhys — and what an absolute gem he is! Rhys was funny, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire tour. Travelling with a toddler can be unpredictable, but Rhys made sure we were always comfortable and that Ashton was happy and entertained. He went above and beyond, pointing out the best photo spots and helping us capture memories we'll cherish forever — in fact, the most photos on our phones from the entire Melbourne trip are from this one day tour! Rhys also shared wonderful local tips on what to see and do around the area, which made the experience feel personal and genuine rather than just another tourist package. We truly cannot thank Go West Tours enough. This tour was exceptional value and delivered so much more than we expected. We hope to visit Melbourne again and will absolutely book with Go West Tours without hesitation. 5.00Bluey on the half day penguin tour was a legend of a driver. Great humour, informative & also had a great playlist for the trip. Would highly suggest this tour to others! Also, book the penguin plus if you want to see the penguins closer up - I’ve done both and it was worth the extra spend.

5.00This tour was awesome and our Guide Jess was amazing. She drove us safely around and showed us so much great things like the Beach Boxes, Wildlife, some great walks and told us the best spot for the penguins. It was a great tour.
