Hotel Pick-Up – Begin your journey with a private taxi pick-up from your Phnom Penh hotel in the morning. Relax as you travel north through scenic Cambodian countryside. Directly after pickup we will stop for 15 minutes at Angkor Park Pass Ticket Counters to buy the temple passes before we head to Angkor Wat Temple for the sunrise. They accept cash and credit cards for the temple passes at the counter. Then we will start this unforgettable adventure by crossing the bridge to the main entrance of the Angkor Wat Temple and admire the stunning sunrise over Angkor Wat and all surrounding temples. Following capturing this magical sunrise we will begin to enter the temple and explore and learn all the history of this ancient sanctuary. The knowledgeable guide shall gracefully lead the travelers, pausing at every scenic vista, providing ample opportunities for capturing the finest photo moments and memories along the journey.
Oudong (Oudong Hill) – Visit Cambodia’s former royal capital, perched atop a hill. Explore the stupas containing the ashes of former kings, and wander through ancient Buddhist temples. Climb the steps to the summit for panoramic views of the countryside, a serene atmosphere, and stunning photo opportunities. Oudong provides insight into Cambodia’s royal history and Buddhist traditions.

5.00The 2-day trip was excellent. Our driver John arrived early each day. His English is very good. He attended to all our needs (clean rest stops, food stops, etc.). He gave us some history along the way, explained local life, and provided good recommendations for the evening. We found John to be a very safe driver. This is important because the road between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap is about 75% 2 lane. And the road is shared between cars, heavy trucks, motor bikes, tuk tuks, school kids on bicycles and the occasional dog and cow. We felt comfortable enough that we fell asleep for long stretches. Early next morning, Ben met us for the visit to the temples. Ben is very easy to like. His English is great and he is very knowledgeable. Although the sunrise behind Angkor Wat was disappointing (too cloudy), the visit was excellent. He pointed out many significant features, explained carvings, statues, and general history. We really appreciate having trustworthy and knowledgeable guides on our journey. It makes checking off this bucket list item worthwhile.

5.00Really great service all around. We are a family of 4. John was a great driver, he drove us everywhere in a very comfortable van and was always available. For the tours of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples our assigned guide Ben was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, we are very happy to have had him. Great experience overall and would recommend to anyone

5.00John drove us to the Phnom Kulen National Park about 90 minutes outside of Siem Reap. We had a great time! His vehicle was perfect for the trip – clean, safe, and comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful, sharing so much great information about the sights, the history, and the culture of this remarkable region. He wasn't overly chatty too, which was very nice. He's very quick to respond to texts and calls, is affordable, and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend for any of your transportation needs while in SR!
