All hot air balloon tours check in at the Deer Valley Airport Balloon Ride Parking Area, unless the roundtrip hotel transfers option is selected. Guests will float above the awe-inspiring Sonoran Desert viewing local landmarks, wildlife and plant life from above.
Camelback Mountain
Enjoy stunning views of iconic Camelback Mountain in the heart of the Phoenix Valley. You pilot will share the history of this fascinating city and will point out local wildlife and plant life.

1.00Very unorganized. We flew with Don who was great! But everything else was not worth the nearly $300 we spent. The check-in process was disorganized and then we learned the original launch site was cancelled due to high winds so we had to go somewhere else that was an hour away from the meet-up point. The van was okay but for a nearly 2-hour ride round trip it was rough. To make matters worse, they notify me that my hotel is outside of their “pick-up” radius and would require an extra fee on top of the money. I already paid for a hotel pick up. Ridiculous. I rented a car to drive to the meet up spot. So we’re talking about an additional 30 minute drive on top of the two hour round-trip to some desolate area just to fly over people’s homes and buildings. No desert landscape, no sightseeing when we were up in the air. Everything was fine but the minute we landed, we learned that the truck or van with all the champagne and breakfast items was stuck so then we had to wait for another truck to pull it out of whatever ditch it was in because obviously this terrain was unfamiliar to the staff. The breakfast was subpar and so was the champagne, but we got our certificates, had a laugh and was ready to leave after literally being left there for about an hour. When it was finally time to pack up and leave, we traveled MadMax style through this dusty area and had to hold on for dear life just to get back to a main road. It was clear that the staff was not prepared for this Plan B situation. Again the flight was OK, but for my first hot air balloon ride I wish I had gone with a different experience. Would not recommend and would not go again with this company.

5.00Great experience. Took a little longer than expected. Few mishaps along the way so we were delayed and the experience lasted 4-5 hours instead of 2-3 hours. Overall the staff were friendly and this is definitely something you would want to do.

5.00The experience was amazing, punctual, they explained the rules well and what to expect. Jonathan was our operator and he was charismatic, and knowledgeable. The landing was a little rocky, but it was to be expected as a possibility. Breakfast was good fruit, breakfast burrito and champagne, oj and if you wanted to cut loose make yourself a mimosa. Overall 10/10 experience definitely will book again.

5.00I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Nate was punctual. I was a solo traveler and never done anything like this so of course super nervous. Both nate and the flyer, Jonathan, were super knowledgeable. Jonathan is a riot and brilliant to boot. Now lift off and landing I was terrified but the higher we got the calmer I felt. I wasn't the only one to feel this way. Views were immaculate! What an incredible experience. 10/10 would recommend

The entire flight crew was friendly, professional, and worked seamlessly together, making the whole experience feel well-organized and enjoyable from beginning to end. The views were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful and unforgettable. After landing, we enjoyed a champagne toast and a delicious breakfast, followed by cake to celebrate milestones for guests, which added a really thoughtful touch. We also received completion certificates, which was a fun keepsake to remember the experience. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience from start to finish—highly recommend!
