We really must give our highest praise to our driver. He drives 8 to 9 hours every day, with half the journey crossing the desert surrounding the Aral Sea. The roads are rugged and unpaved—nothing but dirt tracks—so we can only follow the tire marks left by other vehicles, much like navigating through a desert. To make things more challenging, there's no phone signal here, making GPS navigation impossible. We have to rely entirely on the driver's ability to recognize the route and sense of direction. That's why his professionalism and familiarity with the local roads are absolutely crucial. Our driver is truly exceptional. Despite the bumpy and uneven terrain, his superb driving skills kept the ride remarkably smooth and stable throughout. After two intense days, even we passengers felt tired and exhausted just from sitting—and occasionally napping—in the back. One can only imagine how much more demanding it is for the driver, spending such long hours behind the wheel. Along the way, he also took us to famous scenic spots, helped us take photos, and offered brief introductions in simple English! So enthusiastic and warm-hearted! We’re deeply grateful. 🥹 During the trip, my friend left her scarf at the lunch spot. The operator promptly made a commitment and delivered it to the hotel the next day. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. It was a happy tour. Thanks a lot.
