The Phuket Airport Fast Track offers a seamless and stress-free arrival or departure experience at Phuket International Airport. Upon your arrival, a personal airport representative will meet you as soon as you disembark, assisting you through the expedited immigration process.
After quickly clearing immigration, you will be guided to collect your luggage and be escorted to the exit
For your departure fast track, we will meet you outside the terminal and escort you all the way to your gate airside

Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.

For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
What To Expect
The VIP Fast Track Service at Phuket International Airport (HKT) by IAsia Thailand is a premium "meet-and-greet" service designed to bypass the often-lengthy queues at one of Thailand’s busiest airports. Seamless Handoff: If you have booked an IAsia transfer, the guide coordinates with your driver in real-time to ensure they are waiting for you at the curb the moment you exit. Departure Experience Highlights Check-in Support: Meet your guide at a pre-arranged gate (usually Gate 3) or the airline counter. Express Security: Fast-tracked through security and outbound passport control. The service is available to any passenger, regardless of whether they are flying Economy or Business Class.

5.00Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We were greeted as soon as we stepped off the skywalk, which immediately made us feel welcomed and well looked after. The Fast Track service was incredibly efficient, guiding us smoothly through the airport and immigration process with no hassle at all. Within just 10–15 minutes of landing, we had cleared all formalities and were on our way out of the airport. The porterage service was exceptional—the porter was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with our luggage, making the entire arrival experience effortless. After a long flight, this level of professionalism and efficiency was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this service to anyone arriving in Phuket. It truly takes the stress out of airport arrivals and is worth every penny.

5.00the price of time is up to the reader - I used this service upon arriving in Phuket. Someone was waiting for me when I exited the jetway (very nice and polite, took my bags) and I was through customs, arrivials area, and into a car to my hotel in about 15 minutes. Someone from the service provider stayed with me at all times until I got in the car (which was very nice by the way). I arrived on a Sunday morning and there was already a sizeable line at customs. I would definitely use this service again.
