Sukhmanee asked thorough questions about all aspects of my life and made a programme for me to follow in which she sent to me very quickly. Sukhmanee is very knowledgeable and I felt heard, relieved and motivated after our consultation. I recommend this to anyone looking for support or guidance in areas of gut/skin/health conditions.

5.00Had a lovely call with Sukhmanee to discuss lifestyle and dietary changes for myself. The Treatment plan she followed up with was amazing - so informative, clear information and really helpful :) She suggested some great recipes as well as supplements and really useful coping strategies to help with my anxiety and sleep problems. Her suggestions have helped with my anxiety and sleep a lot and I'm super grateful for them :) It was also great to have such clear and simple changes that I could make in my life as there is so much information out there these days which can be overwhelming. Would definitely recommended :) Thanks so much!
