Once you land your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall. This premium service makes your arrival in Phuket as stress-free as possible.

All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.

For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Wonderful lady met us at arrival gate, led us all the way to our departure gate. No fuss at any point. Bangkok airport is so big and busy I think I would have been overwhelmed if not for our guide. It was an absolute pleasure to have a stress free experience. Would highly recommend this service for a fast way through immigration.

5.00This was very convenient and saved me time and stress after 30 hours of travel. I used the VIP fast track with transfer to my hotel. Someone met me at my arrival gate, took me through the quick immigration line (the regular line was LOOOONNGG and I read a person can spend up to 3 hours in it), and then took me straight to my transport. This was everything I needed after spending so long traveling and I would definitely use it again.

5.008 minutes from door opening to sitting my backside on a car seat has to be a record! Fantastic service great people and possibly the quickest exit from an airport I’ve had in over 1200 flights. Well done does exactly what it says on the tin. For all you brits as I am I would rather pay a hundred quid than que for over 3.5 hours no brainer. Pay the money sit in air con :-)

5.00Awesome service, we easily found our sherpa who guided through the airport, helped us with our bags and got us through customs quickly. They took us to our transport and right to the hotel. The return trip was just a easy and having club access allowed us to eat and have a drink in comfort while waiting for our flight home. I'd definitely use this service again.

5.00Amazingly seamless experience. The representatives were waiting at the aerobridge. We were quickly escorted through immigration, luggage and customs. They even coordinated with the hotel pickup. We were curbside in 30 min post wheels down. Zero stress. Definite must if with kids / seniors
