All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.

For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2.00They did not meet us at the gate at Phuket Airport as expected. We were unable to locate any Viator representatives upon arrival. Additionally, the queue for the fast-track service was quite long.

1.00Do not use this company. Even though I confirmed my flight time through messaging them through Viator, they did not show up. Viator refused to help and sided with the merchant. Will not use Viator again - both of them are crooks and just steal your money without providing the service.

5.00Well worth the investment! We were in the van to the hotel within 20 minutes after getting off the plane. We arrived at 12:30, and I can only imagine that the regular immigration line was more than 2 hours long! Entry into Thailand requires fingerprinting (all 10 digits!), and this adds significant time to the process. All instructions and signage as shown in the activity profile are accurate and easily identified.

5.00Fast Track was really worth it when entering Phuket airport. 5.Machines arrived around 10 am (mid-February) in the morning just at the same time. Normal queue about 300-500 people!!! Have booked Standard Fast Track,(without VIP,pick up directly at the airport exit)... You walk just 150m alone are to the Coral counter which is right in the middle of the immigration/passport control where the name is also then on a blackboard.A friendly employee accompanied us without complications directly to the fast track and gave us a badge (not to be thrown away) You are standing with at most 20 people in the separate fast FastTrack series which has been served by 3 switches. Fingerprint right and left hand without thumb and then face and done. Attention the badge you get before... they want to keep with the fasttrack/immigration/passport control...not lose before. After 10.min we were through. Beforehand, in any case, fill in the immigration from 3 days before on the Internet and print and take it with you. Oh yes... wanted to take Grab or Bolt Taxi to the hotel 30 km away....then took a normal taxi from the taxi rank booth due to too high demand and waiting time.(750 Baht)..came directly and cost only 6€ more at 30 km...so were then very quickly at 33 degrees and sunshine in the hotel pool🤗😄⛱️🍹

5.00Best thing we’ve done, one person was waiting for us when we got off the plane, straight to passport control without a queue, followed us to baggage claim and waited until our bags arrived and then followed us all the way out to the waiting taxi that we booked👍

5.00After disembarking we were immediately greeted with a smile by the representative who was very friendly and courteous, we were fast tracked through immigration like VIP's, bags were collected and we were out the doors to our waiting transfer all within 20 min. This was completly stress-free, thanks to our Agent for her recommendation of Viator Services.

5.00Loved it. Quick and efficient. Took us literally minutes to clear immigration. There was a huge queue when we landed and would have taken us over an hour if we went through the normal queue. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a family ir has come on a long flight and would like to clear immigration in a fast an efficient manner.
