The four day Sahara Merzouga Trip is one of our most popular Sahara Desert tours in Morocco that takes you into the heart of the mesmerizing Sahara. It is designed for couples, families, or small groups who want to experience first hand what Morocco’s desert has to offer. Enjoy a memorable time riding camels into the golden Erg Chebbi dunes before enjoying dinner and time under the bright stars.

Tizi n Tichka
We'll head to the famous Tizi n Tichka pass, where you'll have the opportunity to witness some of the most stunning panoramic views in Morocco. We'll visit the Imlil village and Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Morocco. As we journey through the region, our guide will share interesting insights into the local culture and history.
Ait Ben Haddou
We'll continue on to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient fortified city that has been used as a backdrop for many famous movies. You'll have the chance to explore the winding streets and learn about the fascinating history of the site.
Ouarzazate
Ouarzazate is often referred to as the Hollywood of Morocco due to its long history of hosting international film productions. The city is home to Atlas Studios, one of the largest film studios in the world, and has served as a filming location for many famous movies and TV series, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy. It's a fascinating destination to explore, with plenty of opportunities to learn about the film industry in Morocco and the history of cinema in the region.
Skoura
we'll travel to the Skoura Oasis, one of the largest palm tree oases in Morocco. We'll pass by the town of El Kelaa M'gouna, known as the capital of roses for its famous damaskina roses. You'll have plenty of photo opportunities as we drive through this stunning region.
Vallee Des Roses
El Kelaa M'gouna is often referred to as the capital of roses, due to its abundant production of the fragrant damaskina rose. The town hosts an annual Rose Festival, which celebrates the local rose harvest and includes a parade, music, and other festivities. It's a beautiful and unique destination to explore during your travels in Morocco.
Boumalne Dades
We'll spend the night in Boumalne Dades, a charming town nestled in the Dades Valley. Here, you'll have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the local hospitality, with a comfortable overnight stay in a local hotel.

Tinerhir
Our adventure begins in the beautiful Tinghir Valley, where we'll take in breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and 17th century buildings. This is a great opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the area from our knowledgeable guide.
Todra Gorge
Today we'll visit the stunning Todra Gorge, one of the most impressive natural wonders in Morocco. We'll take a short walk and enjoy the spectacular views of the canyon walls towering above us.
Erfoud
We'll continue on to Erfoud, known as the capital of fossils. Although we won't stop here, it's worth noting that the town is famous for its unique geological features and fossils, which are found in abundance in the surrounding desert.
Merzouga
Next up is Merzouga, home to the highest sand dunes in North Africa. We'll take some time to explore the area and take in the stunning natural beauty of the desert landscape.
Erg Chebbi
The highlight of our journey is an unforgettable camel ride through the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, culminating in an overnight stay in a traditional Berber tent. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you won't want to miss!

I highly recommend this thrilling balloon ride experience in the vicinity of Marrakech. Safety is of utmost importance to them, as they limit the group size to less than 8 people, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience. The views from the balloon were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast provided was delightful, and the crew members were friendly and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone seeking an unforgettable adventure.

5.00I recently booked this company for the hot air balloon activity. We had the most amazing ballooning experience with my friends, thanks to Youssef, the best pilot. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. The staff were professional and friendly, making us feel comfortable and excited about the adventure ahead. The balloon ride itself was a dream come true. Floating high above the stunning landscapes, we were treated to breathtaking views and a sense of serenity like no other. 5.00Me and my partner did a three day trek into the Sahara desert. This experience and trip was beyond amazing. Our tour guide Yousef was the most kind knowledgeable fun guide we could’ve asked for. I have been back from our Morocco trip for a few weeks now and still cannot believe how lucky I was to go into the desert. En route we stopped off and saw some amazing things one of my favourite things being visiting a family that lived in a cave. This experience was truly humbling and the family were very welcoming. Anyone who is in Morocco even if it’s for a short amount of time take the opportunity to go into the desert and use these guys to do it. From sand surfing, quad biking,having breakfast in the desert, visiting a beautiful oasis and lots more this trip just kept giving. The quality of this service is 2nd to none. My partner does not usually like to do long drives especially on holiday and at the end of this he was like the whole experience was totally worth it it has actually changed his outlook on travelling and exploring. I want to say a huge thank you to Yousef our tour guide who also dropped us at the airport when we were leaving he did this off his own back and free of charge even though I offered him money he would not take it he is one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve met. We will be returning to Morocco to go to Casablanca and will be doing another tour with these guys again.

5.00We decided to book this tour company after a lot of research and so many options. We are so glad we did! We did a lot of driving each day, but our guide stop in different sights for pictures and breaks the drive. Also, he shared so much information about places and culture. The overnight in the desert was cold(bring warm clothes), and be ready for the star gazing at night and amazing sunset in the dunes. I really enjoyed this experience. Thanks, Sahara Riders

5.00We used them as a family trip! The tour was fun, informative, and culturally relevant. Our guide Youssef was a super, excellent driver and funny person. We explored the mountains with snow, the desert, and valleys. The visit to the Sahara and our stay at the Berber camp was the highlight of this 4-day trip! Sitting around the campfire at night while our hosts and the guests sang songs. Many tourists ride the camels, however, we did the ATVs which because of a personal issue. Thanks again for this amazing experience.

5.00I booked the tour online after reading the reviews and literally feel quite happy at the end of the trip. Everything was planned perfectly fine from the pick up in Marrakech till the drop-off. The transportation was very comfortable and clean. The road in the mountains is very windy, the drive was perfect and we had so many stops for pictures and visits. Our guide Youssef was a highly professional person who is committed to his work and loving his job also giving us details on every single thing on the way. We learned a lot thanks to him. The desert team was very helpful and friendly. We did a hike in the Gorge, rode the camels and had sandboarding. The dinner at the camp was delicious followed by music with the campfire. I highly recommend the tour!

5.00We had a wonderful 4-day trip during our trip to Morocco. The mountains with various Morrocan valleys and landscapes, the Sahara desert and Kasbahs. The true highlight was the traditional tajine lunch at a family in a Berber village in the desert and the camel ride on the dunes. The desert camp was more than our expectations. Highly recommended!

5.00We had a lot of fun with our guide, Hassan, during our 4 days desert trips from Marrakech to Fes. We booked the tour two months before our arrival, and the booking was very easy through their WhatsApp! The guide gave us a lot of information about Morocco and life in the Sahara desert. The tour itself was full of fun and great desert experience. From the camel ride to the rock climbing, sand boarding and quad biking in the dunes. We highly recommend doing this when visiting Morocco!
