One of the best tours I've been on! Very well planned, with great balance between time on the road and stops. There's plenty of opportunities to refill your water bottle and go to the toilet. I enjoyed each stop - the sand dunes are a blast and our guides were great at reassuring us about sand-boarding: it looks scary but it's a lot of fun! Gavin is a terrific guide and driver: kind, personable, and very knowledgeable about the history, geography, and geology of the places we visited. He's also respectfully familiar with the Indigenous knowledge of those areas. Sam, the other guide, is a lot of fun! The mini bus was comfortable to drive in, and I was blessed with very nice travel companions. We learnt about the history and vegetation of the beautiful bays we stopped at, before heading to the Pinnacles desert - an unforgettable experience! We had one hour to wander on our own, which I appreciated, before being welcomed with a beautiful dinner with appetizers, salads, tons of veggies, BBQ, cold and hot drinks - calling it a picnic is reductive! Once the dark kicked in, we started stargazing guided by the knowledgeable Gavin - everything was provided to get the best out of this experience: explanations, binoculars, and a telescope. We spotted a lot of shooting stars without the need of any aids - with no light pollution, the sky was ours to enjoy :) We spent a lot of time stargazing before heading back to Perth, where we arrived around 11 pm, perfectly on time. P.S. extra points to Gavin for having the best music playlist on the bus!

I enjoyed that whole day and the activities! It is nice that it starts quite late. After the dune surfing youre exhausted tho! The Pinnacles were really cool and the whole Organisation was well done! Food was amazing, the salads were very creative!!!! Additionally the Stargazing was fun and I learned a lot. Maybe one recommendation: prior in an email recommend the apps that were recommended on the spot (i had to use mobile data, which costed me an additional 40AUD :) ) Also I would have loved a bit more information about the Aboriginals. I understand that they see it as the place as they see it with the one or another more "sacred" place and they probably dont want to share everything what must be respected!!!! Despite of that the trip was lovely and i really love to look back at it!!!!

Great adventure, fun and food. The sand boarding was a lot of fun, lots of laughs. The guide was very informative and kept us updated on our journey. The pinnacles and star gazing were truly amazing.

Fun tour, with some unique experiences! The Pinnacles are beautiful, and I think this is the best time of day to see them as there are less people, and the wildlife (kangaroos, emus, goats, birds) comes out for the cooler weather. Tour guides were very knowledgeable of the area and stars. If you're keen on the stars, best to try to choose a tour day when the moon is new (opposite of full) so you can see the stars better. Sandboarding stop on the way was fun, and approachable even for many children and those scared of heights etc (take your shoes off as the sand is cool all year). Bus doesn't have much leg room, but otherwise good.

The photographer who pointed out the stars to us was unnecessarily rude and impatient. Expect insulting "jokes" at your eyesight if you don't immediately pinpoint the exact star he's pointing at--he called our entire group "blind" at one point. No one found it funny. Also, it's already 2025--could he stop addressing women as "darlings" and “dears”? It's not endearing, only extremely weird.

We enjoyed the stops on the way to the Pinnacles Desert and the music en route. We especially enjoyed the sand boarding stop. The Pinnacles Desert has more pinnacles than I thought there would be and they are beautiful in the late afternoon light. The food provided for dinner was good and the Pinnacles Desert is far enough away from the city to see the stars really well. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the night sky.

This tour was fantastic! The tour guide Neil was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of the cultural and local history along the tour. We had a great time, had fun at the Lancelin Sand Dunes, and enjoyed the sunset dinner and the Pinnacles Desert, we would have loved a little more time for stargazing but otherwise it was great. Thank you!

Very exciting day, with the best at the “end”. The time at the Pinnacles was a little short, with the sunset, the food and parallel the starglazing-It felt like rushing . This can ge better organised. Our guide was very nice and I learned to use my phone differently to do these night star photos!

Started off with fun and ending the day in the desert under the stars. I enjoyed getting more from the Pinnacles desert - dinner with a beautiful sunset, followed by stargazing.

Great opportunity to explore a but of the Australia's outbacks near Perth. Guide was amazing and so was the food. There is plenty of time to explore around but also to meet new people and talk around.
