  Summer our driver and guide was excellent. The pickup spot at the Criterion was dodgy as it was a rough part of town. It was a long and uncomfortable bus trip in a very small van. There was no opportunity to spread out or swap seats. The Pinnacles were terrific and it would have been good to actually walk around a bit further. Perhaps the stop at Yanchep National Park was unnecessary?

  Being in a small van, we could drive along the narrow marked route between pinnacles, which a large bus could not. However, being advised only 15 minutes to walk around and take photos while there was extremely disappointing. Weren't even given time to check out the gift shop later. Lavender farm didn't happen. Old van, little legroom, little audible commentary. Unprofessional tour.

  My order was not fulfilled at the restaurant and I had to skip one of the processes, but the price was the same as other tourists. Numerous flies invaded the vehicle, but the guide did not take any action, saying that the flies should return to the meeting point with us. Non-Australians are unfamiliar with flies.
