5.00We had a great evening with Fernando. He not only gave us an interesting review of the history of Pisco, but he also taught us how to make two of Peru’s signature drinks: Pisco sour and Chilcano. We also got to taste different Pisco types, and learn their difference between them. Drinks were accompanied by tasty snacks and great conversation. I can’t recommend this experience enough.
Tasting Experience is a great introduction to Peruvian cuisine and a culinary delight!

5.00This Peruvian cooking experience was great. José has a wonderfully dynamic way of letting you taste the different fruits of Peru to show the geography and history of Peru. The explanation and production of Ceviche or Lomo saltado was so didactically well done that I will try to make it myself at home. Finally, a great introduction to the different flavors of pisco with the production of pisco sour. All in all a great experience and very nice that 20% of the proceeds of these courses go to a Peruvian project to preserve birds.

5.00Alejandro was very informative and passionate about sharing all he knew. He explained all the history, which grapes they use and why and how this spirit of Peru has become so well known. He was friendly and we had an opportunity to make or own cocktails after a demonstration.

5.00Our host was very knowledgeable and passionate about local food and drinks. His passion made an enjoyable experience, extraordinary. My husband and I enjoy whiskey, so we found pisco tasting a very enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys a good drink.

5.00José was wonderful! He had a thorough knowledge of pisco including its history, aging process and appropriate ways to assess the type of pisco you were drinking. The cocktails were mouthwatering and we had so much fun making our own after his demonstration. The atmosphere was perfect for learning and creating cocktails!

5.00This was a great experience! We happened to have had a private tasting which was nice. Our teacher was clearly passionate and knowledgeable about pisco! It was so interesting to learn. We got to try three kinds of pisco and then make two cocktails!
