  • Wonderful ride with a great guide!

Amazing trip out of the city & back! Chris was a wonderful guide as we went down the river, up the hill to a monastery, out and around to the wider area, and ultimately to a breathtaking view back down in to the city. If going up four short hills in this overall route is something you can do, you really should take the time with Chris to learn about Krakow from outside the core city in the best way -- on a bike!

I really enjoyed this bike tour! The route was calm, interesting, and passed through incredibly beautiful places. It’s about 28 km, so if you’re unsure about your stamina, I recommend taking an e-bike. Everything was well-organized, and I loved every moment!

  • A Great Way to Get Out of the City

A very enjoyable evening ride with Chris. We got his personable and informative insights during what amounted to a private tour. We learned about the reclusive monks at different abbey (along the way) who only talk to each other 5 days per year! And other short, funny anecdotes. We chose e-bikes but the 28km round trip was pretty flat (except one brief climb at the Abbey itself). A great way to get outside of the city.

Great bike ride out of the city to Tyniec monastery. Chris is an excellent guide answering my many questions and took the time at the end of the trip to recommend dining/bar options. I was particularly impressed that they still ran this tour as I was the only participant! This trip was definitely the highlight of my stay in Krakow. I would highly recommend! Thanks Chris and co.

We recently enjoyed a lovely afternoon bike ride along the Vistula River to the Tyniec Abby with Chris as our guide. He was engaging and informative, and considerate of our biking abilities (limited!). The Abby and surrounding grounds were beautiful, and afforded beautiful views of the river valley below. The initial wind and rain we experienced did nothing to detract from our overall enjoyment. Chris even offered dining and sightseeing advice at the conclusion of our ride. It's a great way to spend part of your visit to Krakow. We highly recommend!

  • There's much more to Krakow than the old town

This tour was impressive. We cycled 30 km on electric bikes through the outskirts and countryside of Krakow. To make it better, it was a lovely day, so we could go at a leisurely pace through a beautiful bike trail along the Vistula, a medieval abbey, some villages, a small forest and a massive living area and industrial park around the new university campus. Chris, our guide, gave us insight on the life of ordinary Krakowians. He shared his views and thoughts about the past, present and future of the city. We got to see the Krakow tourists don’t usually see. The pace is relaxed, but steady. There are a few hills, but the electric bikes made them quite easy. There is also some cycling into traffic, dirt trails and very windy areas, so a level of Cycling proficiency is needed.
