Your adventure continues to Mount Vesuvius, with a choice between two unique trails:
The Crater Trail leads you on a scenic ascent to the summit, where sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and a striking glimpse into the volcanic crater await.
The Valley of Hell offers a more adventurous path, winding through solidified lava flows from the 1944 eruption and revealing extraordinary rock formations and a hidden lava cave.
Both trails are led by experienced guides who provide insights into the geological and historical significance of the area.

During the low season (November - March) the live guide inside Pompeii ruins will be replaced by an audio guide for groups of less than six

5.00Great trip with alot packed in. Pickup was exactly as planned. Pompeii was surprisingly uncrowned...our guide was awesome and provided interesting details. Lunch up on Vesuvius was awesome, and the restaurants views were great. Hiking to top of Vesuvius is not to be missed!

5.00Amazing tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius! Pompeii was extremely busy due to a holiday but the Pompeii guide took control and was amazing. Paola and Francisco (driver) were great and OMG the “light” lunch was fantastic!! Absolutely gorgeous and you got lots of great food - highly recommend this tour

5.00Strenuous, lots of walking in Pompeii. Roberta is a great guide. Kept track of everyone, and had an archeologist run the tour of Pompeii and and a bulcanologist to do Vesuvius.

4.00You have enough time to see both major sites and the lunch is somewhere scenic. Travel is comfortable and the guides have nice humor and are well informed. Perhaps an added bonus lime wine tasting could make the experience even more spectacular. Recommended for sure.

5.00Pompei was very crowded but having a guide helped navigate through the crowds. A lot of interesting facts were told that you would not get if you self guided.
