We are not a shared shuttle service, we operate on your schedules. Our vans seat up to 14 passengers with luggage. We are fully licensed, permitted and insured for full access to MCO Orlando International Airport, as well as all cruise ship terminal in Port Canaveral.
Larger capacity ground transportation is also available with airport to ship private or shared shuttle services for your family events. Our full size vans seat 7 to 14 passengers with luggage, and our mini bus fleet can seat up to 45 passengers with luggage for all cruise ships sailing out of Port Canaveral.

3.00I used this company in April 2024 for a transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO after a cruise, had a great experience then so enquired to them via email on 19th September to [email protected] which was the email address I used previously enquiring about booking again. I had no response but later booked via Trip Advisor as this gave me the option to pay in £ British Pounds. I sent another email on 28th October just to let them know we had booked via Trip Advisor but there was some additional details we were not able to input, including drop off being an a hotel close to airport rather than the terminal itself. I also advised about our breakfast being at 8.15am just so they knew how much time to allocate to allow us to get off the ship and gets luggage etc… I had no response to the email sent on 28th October so forwarded it to another email address found on their website which was [email protected] on 30th but still no response! Instead I had a call and WhatsApp message from the driver at 9.03am on disembarkation day (1st Nov) to say he was booked to pick us up at 9am. I am unsure why was scheduled for then, as that would have only given us 45 minutes to eat breakfast and get off the ship, collect luggage and go through customs. I would have thought the company would have plenty experience collecting passengers that have just come off a busy Disney cruise and be aware of the timings for those who have 2nd seating breakfast. We had no issues in April 2024 when we used this company The driver was perfectly nice and friendly and no faults with him, was just a bit disappointed with the lack of communication from the transfer company and no response to any of my emails. They also did not offer a booster seat for my 7 year old, last time they were very accommodating with car seats etc…
