We are not a shared shuttle service, we operate on your schedules. Our vans seat up to 14 passengers with luggage. We are fully licensed, permitted and insured for full access to MCO Orlando International Airport, as well as all cruise ship terminal in Port Canaveral.

Larger capacity ground transportation is also available with airport to ship private or shared shuttle services for your family events. Our full size vans seat 7 to 14 passengers with luggage, and our mini bus fleet can seat up to 45 passengers with luggage for all cruise ships sailing out of Port Canaveral.

Frank called me an hour before our planned pick-up time. I told him we were delayed leaving the ship by Immigration. We agreed he would call me back in 30 minutes; he called me as promised, and then every 30 minutes for the 2+ hours we were delayed. He gave me excellent instructions on finding him. He spoke clearly and precisely about where we should go. Our drive to the airport was perfect. I was 100% pleased and 100% PLUS impressed with the service.
No show - Family was stranded at the cruise port.

This was a memorable way to end our Disney cruise but not for the right reasons. Family and luggage were stranded in the rain 40 minutes after scheduled pickup time (10am) and the terminal was getting busy with inbound cruisers for the next sailing. We were forced to find alternative transportation to MCO. Communication with our contact Frank seemed great right up until the no-show, when at that time they went silent, not responding to texts and phone calls went to an answering service that didn't seem to know anything about our arrangements. Additionally, after securing another transportation service we found that the price this company was charging seemed to be way overpriced. After being treated like royalty on Disney, this service will have to seriously step up their game to match the quality. Can not recommend.
They will leave you without a ride.

As we were headed out of cruise ship to our ride, we were informed that the driver first had another family to take to the airport - but if we hurry, they will drop us at a hotel to wait for the 1.5-2hrs for them to return for us. As we were getting out, they had already left. They literally left us standing on a street corner with all our bags and my senior mother in a wheelchair. This is after we scheduled our ride early and even confirmed two days before. Horrible service. Do NOT use this group. They leave you standing without a ride.
