5.00Frank was amazing! Pickup was seamless and he held our luggage while we went to Kennedy space center for the day, then dropped us off at two locations. We had a large group of 10, and halfway through the day the Florida heat was too much for the toddlers so Frank came back to pick up half the group. Despite having a packed schedule for the day, he made an additional round trip from KSC to our airport hotel at no extra charge! We are so grateful for his excellent service and will definitely hire CCT again when we are in the Orlando area. 5+ stars!

5.00Great Experience. Booking was easy, payment was efficient, and communication with the staff was friendly and professional. Transportation arrived on time, was easy to find despite the large crowds at the pier, professional and safe. Would definitely use them again.

5.00Due to a change in our flight departure time, we needed private transportation from the cruise port to MCO. After checking with several companies, Frank at Cape Canaveral Transportation stood out immediately. His team was responsive, flexible, and able to accommodate our new schedule. Our driver arrived right on time and was courteous, communicative, and professional throughout the trip. The ride was comfortable, we felt completely safe, and we arrived at the airport right on schedule. I highly recommend Cape Canaveral Transportation.

3.00I used this company in April 2024 for a transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO after a cruise, had a great experience then so enquired to them via email on 19th September to capecanaveraltransportation@gmail.com which was the email address I used previously enquiring about booking again. I had no response but later booked via Trip Advisor as this gave me the option to pay in £ British Pounds. I sent another email on 28th October just to let them know we had booked via Trip Advisor but there was some additional details we were not able to input, including drop off being an a hotel close to airport rather than the terminal itself. I also advised about our breakfast being at 8.15am just so they knew how much time to allocate to allow us to get off the ship and gets luggage etc… I had no response to the email sent on 28th October so forwarded it to another email address found on their website which was Reservations@capecanaveraltransportation.com on 30th but still no response! Instead I had a call and WhatsApp message from the driver at 9.03am on disembarkation day (1st Nov) to say he was booked to pick us up at 9am. I am unsure why was scheduled for then, as that would have only given us 45 minutes to eat breakfast and get off the ship, collect luggage and go through customs. I would have thought the company would have plenty experience collecting passengers that have just come off a busy Disney cruise and be aware of the timings for those who have 2nd seating breakfast. We had no issues in April 2024 when we used this company The driver was perfectly nice and friendly and no faults with him, was just a bit disappointed with the lack of communication from the transfer company and no response to any of my emails. They also did not offer a booster seat for my 7 year old, last time they were very accommodating with car seats etc…
