The trip is packed full of activities, luckily we saw some dolphins on the cruise. Saw some koalas in Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary, they are so cute! Our driver Yan is so friendly and nice, the told us lots of facts about Sydney and Koalas. Thanks Yan!

The tour in general was well designed. Our tour guide Joe even explained everything in both English and Mandarin Chinese to accommodate with those who aren’t fluent in English. It’s just that the duration of each individual activity is not long enough. The dolphin tour was alright but we only spent around 40 minutes in the koala sanctuary in which we only managed to spot a few koalas.

The tour was great! There is a variety of activities related to nature and you can really get to know more about the nature through this trip. The tour guide Yan was professional and has well-led the tour. The most impressive part of the tour must be meeting koalas in the koala sanctuary. This is ENTIRELY different of ordinary zoo or koala schedules as the sanctuary is built and serve only for injured koalas with koala hospital also built inside. The sanctuary is truly meaningful in rescuing and habituating koalas in need. It feels so good to have known about stories behind each koala. I will definitely recommend this tour to everyone who loves wild creatures!

We had the fortune of Joe as our guide and he was fantastic. Joe was helpful, cheery and entertaining with his warm chatter and songs. Definitely a special tour this round. The itinerary segments were just nice in length and definitely interesting.

Driver and tour guide Yan and Frank were very carefully explained along the way, English, Chinese, and Japanese fluent exchange allows visitors to clearly understand the landscape, the schedule is not compact, there is plenty of free time to use.

Both the guide and the driver were very kind, and I, as a Japanese, really enjoyed it! The fish and chips were delicious, and I think it was a valuable experience because I don't think it's easy to ski in the desert in Japan. I really enjoyed it. Thank you very much.
