We enjoyed her engaging, positive, personality and by the end of our time together, we felt that we made a new friend. She brought us to several quaint restaurants, where she clearly knew the owners and staff well. She even shared some family recipes with us. What a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful tour!! Catarina, if you read this, thank you again for making our day so special. I will send you some photos soon.

5.00This was the best food and wine tour we've ever done, and that says A LOT! We travel all over the world and do food tours everywhere we go and Catarina tops them all. Within 10 minutes of meeting Catarina, we felt like we had met an old friend and she just has the best vibe about her. She's clearly very passionate about food, wine and all things Portugal! And she knows her stuff. Being a wine professional myself, I'm quite critical on these sorts of tours, but Catarina didn't disappoint us once. Her pairings were clearly well thought out, carefully curated and were absolutely spot on. She took us to some great places that I think most tourists would just walk past and not give a second glance. Catarina has put so much time and effort into her tour, and it shows. She has thought of all the details. Absolutely book this tour you won't regret it. Under no circumstances should you eat ANYTHING before this tour, because you will be stuffed to the brim by the end!!!

5.00Our tour with Catarina was hands down my favorite experience of a 16 day trip across Portugal, Spain and Italy. Part history tour (everything from the history of the hand painted tiles to Harry Potter), part food and wine tour, you're in great hands with Catarina! She knows the ins and outs of the best local places, from historic restaurants to modern seafood places. Definitely come hungry - from the first huge "tour of Portugal" meat and cheese board (and the best sardines!), to the "McDonalds" of Portugal (don't worry, there's not a Big Mac in sight, only a delicious pork sandwich and beer), to fresh caught seafood and pastries made with centuries old family recipes, you will NOT be disappointed. She will definitely guide you off the beaten path and towards locally owned and operated restaurants, market stands, bakeries and more with some of the best food we had on our trip (all in the same day, no less!). She was a wealth of information on restaurants and treats (like the famous eclair) we should try during the rest of our stay as well as experiences at the Port Houses across the river. We highly recommend this tour if you're visiting Porto!

5.00This tour was by far the best we ever experienced. Catalina is so knowledgeable, kind, fun, warm. A true pleasure to be with. Each step of her tour was a fun surprise of the very best Porto has to offer. The foods and wines were both delicious and beautifully presented. Her individualized, creative booklet just added to her expert ability to present this fabulous wine and food tour. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Catalina!
