1.00The organization of the 3-hour bike tour Poznan is worthless. Responds late to messages. Tour leader was late, then had to pick up 3 bikes. Was a city tour and they came with men to turn on mountain bikes. Not convenient for a 64 and 67 year old and the young lady within our group. After some hassle, 2 city bikes were arranged. That was nice. However, the promised trolley for our dog and the possibly alternative crate for the bike were not there. They came with a basket in front that is only suitable for a weight up to 5 kilos. Our dog weighs 7 kg and has a long back. The ride also went through parks and would be quite bumpy here and there. Then they came with a child seat in front on the back. That wasn't a solution either. And then they wanted to transport the dog in a closed backpack on the back crooked sitting on a mountain bike. So no insight at all. The hotel was also not nearby so we could not bring the dog back. And being able to take the dog along during the tour was agreed and part of the deal. Due to the false promises and unsound alternatives, the tour could not take place and we abandoned it. However, we were not refunded our full paid costs of 200€. Viator unfortunately drew a lot for the organization and left us in the refund story with this amount of 200€. This is even though I can prove that Devie Rose from Viator customer service wrote in the chat that if we are unable to meet our requirement of being able to bring the dog we will get our money back. Also a lie that Viator supports.
