2.00Our guide Luis was a very nice man, however the English language tour (on which we were the only two customers) was less than satisfactory due to Luis’ communication challenges with the English language, impacting our ability to follow his dialogue and train of thought. Additionally, Luis was not attentive. It was difficult to get him to let us take a sit down, water break or bathroom break.
