3.00The museum is lovely…much to see! Our guide spent too much time with each painting…10-13 minutes so all we were able to see were the paintings he chose to elaborate on. That would be great for an Art major but we wanted to see as much as the museum offered.

5.00Very nice, efficient and interesting! Easy to find meeting place, got around the big morning crowd, and had a fun, knowledgeable tour guide. He really chose wonderful paintings, showing us a bit of everything. He kept it interesting and shared some neat information about the pieces of art that you wouldn’t have had on your own or with the audio guide. Overall, a great experience.

4.00Federico was prompt and ready to start on time. He was kind and shared his umbrella during a rain period. The security line was slow and goddess off to a late start. The museum and paintings were amazing at times. It was hard to hear the guide even with the headsets. Oh well, a good experience.

4.00Our guide was informative and interesting. The visit was very short, with only a few paintings on our tour. We could have stayed on afterwards, however the security process was complicated and would have involved picking up a checked item from the original entry with the tour guide and our group, re-checking it and presumably joining the very long queue to go through again. That aside, the museum and the tour were highlights of our trip.
