Really enjoyed our tour of Prado and would recommend it as the museum has many paintings. David did a great job of really understanding the paintings. Thank you!

Our guide was informative and interesting. The visit was very short, with only a few paintings on our tour. We could have stayed on afterwards, however the security process was complicated and would have involved picking up a checked item from the original entry with the tour guide and our group, re-checking it and presumably joining the very long queue to go through again. That aside, the museum and the tour were highlights of our trip.

I learned so much from this tour. Not just about each artist but also Spanish history of Kings and politics and culture . Our guide’s knowledge seemed endless and his explanations were so helpful in understanding how the artists representations tied into their current political climate.

It was my first time at the Prado Museum and the visit was simply fantastic. There is no way to stay here for less than 3 hours, because the works are beautiful. The guide Federico did an amazing job: not only explained to me and my sisters about every painting we went through (both the ones we most wanted to know and the ones we had never heard of, equally beautiful) but the richness of details about the technique used by the artist, artistic movement, historical context, in addition to explaining in a very accessible and dynamic way. Super recommend!
