5.00The Prado Museum holds a vast collection of art. This tour highlighted some of the most important pieces, however the ticket allows you to then browse at you leisure. Our guide was very informative about the artwork and the history of the artists.

5.00Our guided tour of the Prado was without a doubt one of the highlights of our visit to Madrid. Federico was a fantastic guide: immensely knowledgeable and passionate about the paintings, he showed us around the obvious must-see pictures, but also some that were less widely known, and in every case added hugely to the experience of the viewing. Even out of the high season, it was a bonus to skip the main queue, and after the 90-minute tour, there was the option to stay in the museum further if desired, which was nice. Recommended without hesitation!
