  What an amazing service we where meet at the gate as soon as we dis embark the flight. Escorted all the way through immigration to picking up our bags to then being escorted to the car to make our way to our hotel. This is a triple AAA plus service everyone should use it.   The person who picked us up did nothing for us; she just said hi when we acknowledged her, and we went through imagination on our own. She didn't give any guidance or stay with us. At the baggage area, she told us to pick up our luggage ourselves; the premium service we paid for included luggage collection. I have to tell her that your service included collecting our luggage. Why are you asking us to do the work for you? She then said, "Ok, I will ask someone to help." The fees were expensive, but the service was nonexistent. Looks like she wants to get out of doing the work which we have paid for. We felt like we were scammed by this organization. This was a terrible experience. Not worth a single cent.

  The person did pick us up for the border crossing. When we left the airport, we misunderstood. We waited for the person and we never saw him again so we took the shuttle tt alone to national airport.

  We had a visa issue and they've facilitated a $250 immigration scam where the Vietnamese immigration charged us *in cash only* $250. We had to hand the cash to this group of 3 and then they hand it to the corrupt Vietnamese immigration officers. After a bit of research afterwards, the expedite visa service would've costed ~120-160$ for emergency 1 hr turnaround time for the visa. We didn't seem to get much express service because our line is similar to that of 5 other lines. This was a waste of money, time and additional headaches occurred.

  Excellent service! I was greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful team members and they expertly guided me through the airport. I saw the huge lines and was worried. But these 2 awesome professionals guided me through all the processes and even took me directly to the airport lounge. These 2 are incredible!!! 10 Stars!!!!
