  I highly recommend the Premium service. We were greeted as we exited the aircraft and guided through the VIP immigration line to our luggage. Then our representative showed us to our waiting driver and car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  “Everything was very straightforward. A staff member was waiting with our names on a sign, checked our documents, and directed us into a short line to proceed through. The entire process took around 15 minutes. In fact, collecting our bags took longer than getting through the formalities.

  I expected a lot more as I’ve used this service in airports around the world Upon finding the young lady with my name on a sign, she walked 4 feet had the security guy open access pointed me to these four very long lineup and turned around and left The lineup in the priority was longer than the normal lineup. One had asked themselves why I paid a fee to stand in a longer lineup not impressed.

  Very appreciated service on arrival especially the first time visiting Vietnam Privilege to download applications such as GRAB taxi , MORETA for payments by QR code, VIATOR for skip-the-line at the airport arrival and credit card such as REVOLUT to avoid too many bank charges. A little Cash allows you to pay for example an estimate to manage the Internet on site

  I will use this service anytime flying into new country. Representative was waiting for me shortly after I got off plane. She led me to priority line and called my ride to coordinate pick up spot while I was going through immigration. Could not have been smoother.

  Based on past experience, we decided to get the fast-track service for departure as well. And this was truly a great decision and money very well spent! The representative met us outside the airport as stated in the communication, and took us right to the check-in counter. Once we were checked in, she escorted us to immigration and straight to the counter. Looking to the left of us, the lines were enormous, yet we were through in under 1 minute! She then took us to the VIP line for security, with only 2 people ahead of us! The entire airport departure experience from outside to within the terminal was no more than 15 minutes. The service was professional, polite and truly a massive time saver. Would book this again in a heartbeat!

  Fast and helpfull service with courtesy, professionalism, and respect . The Escort met me at the service check-in desk and escorted me to the immigration counter and provide assistance all the way to the end of immigration checkpoint.
