We've started with Lucerne exploration and even had a nice chocolate stop in a very traditional shop - I would say even historical. Followed with a nice 2 hour panoramic train ride towards Interlaken. At the beginning it was a bit foggy but after 20 min the landscape changed completely, this change was fantastic. Our guide took care of everything tickets, easy change of transportation and giving us interesting information but without overloading us. We had a very nice day!!

Tour was very well organized and we enjoyed our day. We liked the fact that Panoramic train was starting straight away from Lucerne. Our guide Juliana was very friendly and knowledgeable about Switzerland history and culture.

Our tour was in a stormy day so we had quite limited visibility but not something you can control. We saw quite an amount of snow and is amazing how the engineers developed the railway through rocky mountains and quite hilly places, this is why this is not just a normal train but also a Cogwheel in some parts. Our guide was very knowledgeable about history and culture, it was great to have him.

We couldn't leave Switzerland without experiencing it's majestic trains and this tour definitely had it all. We started with a easy Lucerne Old Town tour which is very charming and has some impressive paintings and buildings. Panoramic train ride was about 2 hours and you can have some food, snacks in the train restaurant. The scenery was beautiful and we were lucky to have a very sunny and clear day. Our guide took photos, told stories and made the transitions very smooth during the day, many thanks to Juliana. Overall a fantastic tour.

We were a small group of 7 which was nice as the guide had time to speak with everybody and the experience was really more immersive. We rides Panoramic train for about 2 hours which felt about right, not tirening. We saw beautiful scenery with lakes, mountain peaks and charming villages. Lake Lungern it's gorgeous with it's color..

It was a very good tour. We had some walking through the cities but not too much. Lucerne old Town is charming. In early afternoon we took the panoramic train where we had some gorgeous views. Our guide Juliana was friendly, kind and very well prepared.

Very nice tour and we were also a bit lucky with the weather - sunny day in December!! We managed to see 2 cities in one day and ride a panoramic train however it didn't felt rushed as we could take out time in all the places. The scenery was just magic .. would repeat it anytime.

Our family had an amazing time on the Premium Panoramic Train from Lucerne. The views were stunning—everything from Swiss lakes to the Alps! After the train ride, the Thun City Tour was a great way to explore the charming town and learn about its history. A fantastic experience for all ages—highly recommend!

Very nice tour, we enjoyed it a lot. Started in Lucerne, panoramic train and a visit to charming town of Thun. Perfect if you want something stress free. Our guide gave us lots of information about Switzerland, history, facts and life nowadays. Overall it was a very good experience!
Worth every franc! I would definitely do it again.

I loved this tour! It was one of the best experiences of my life—seeing dreamy views while spending time with my family. Our guide, Marcela, was very knowledgeable and kind. She made us feel relaxed about the train timing, and we followed the tour itinerary exactly as advertised. Worth every franc! I would definitely do it again.
