Starting with a hike through Tenorio Volcano National Park, discover the rainforest in a 2 hour easy to moderate hike and find the Celeste River ( one of the most popular rivers in CR, well known in the world by its particular natural color from light blue to turquoise.
In addition to the coĺorful attraction of the water, the river also has several thermal hot springs and boiling mud pots, plumes of volcanic gases are expelled and in some spots, the exhaust volcanic gas at the base of the river gives the appearance of boiling water, also we'll find a beautiful large ( 98 ft. height) waterfall.
After your swim, a small hike drives you to a spot where you will find sloths on a very low height in their environment, toucans and red-eyed leaf frogs.

Afterwards, enjoy an exquisite country-style Costa Rican lunch. A visit on the way to one of the Costa Rica's most beautiful waterfalls, the"Llanos de Cortez waterfalls" with 65 ft.height and 49 ft. wide drops into a tranquil pond with a white sandy beach, that's perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

5.00We used Nacho to organize all our airport transfers and excursions. We were a group of 20 coming and going different days. Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted and in good hands for the duration of our stay. The excursion to the Rio Celeste was just magical, perfectly planned day with waterfalls, vistas, and meals! Our nature guide Walter was a wealth of information, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the country and countryside. All the drivers that Nacho secured for us were ultimate professionals. My friends and I can all recommend Nacho and his company 100 percent.

5.00Nacho is one of the most thoughtful, kind and friendly tour guides you will ever meet. I can't recommend him enough! I was with him for a girls trip to Costa Rica and we had booked daily tours with him. EVERY adventure was amazing - and Nacho's wonderful personality was just icing on the cake. When we go back, he will be my first phone call. He truly made our experience stand out and I can't wait to visit again. Oh, and just a FYI - he was probably one of the cleanest drivers I have ever seen. Whenever he has down time, he is cleaning his car and making it a great experience for you.

5.00We liked Nacho Tours so much, we ended up booking 5 different tours (Started with Waterfalls & sloths, Monteverde, Coffee Tour, beaches & ATV) during our vacation. Best decision ever! Ignacio & team gave us such AMAZING experiences, and it’s great that all his tours are private to only your specific group. Extremely knowledgeable, well prepared, friendly & genuine and FUN! They offer complete comfort with cold drinks, snacks, VERY clean van and some surprises along the way. Customized the tour to what we wanted, and stops for fruit and drinks from various farmer stands, items we wouldn’t typically try. Our vacation would not have been the same without Nacho Tours.

5.00Best tour for experiencing the Costa Rican outdoors! Nacho and William were truly outstanding tour guides who went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met (and then some)! 5.00Nacho greeted us with snacks and drinks for our journey and was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were happy. The two waterfalls we visited and the private lunch were amazing. We also saw a sloth which came down on the tree right in time for us. I definitely recommend booking this tour, you will not be disappointed!

5.00Rainforest was beautiful, but did require a lot of hiking. That was not a problem, but there were a lot of steep,long stairs to see the falls and the pool, be forewarned. The highlight was the sloth 🦥 forest! Julian was our guide and he was genuinely enthused. Lots of sloths, all sleeping, but other creatures typical of Costa Rica. Well worth it. Nacho our driver, organizer, was excellent, as was William our guide. Both took all the time we needed and kept us well informed, William was especially entertaining. Happy guy.

5.00Nacho and his amazing sidekick William were fantastic on this trip for 6 of us. The ride from Tamarindo was lengthy, but Nacho made several stops for stretching and bano breaks and William filled us with facts about the countryside. Upon arriving inTenorio we began our hike where we found amazing surprises along the way. It was strenuous for some of our group, but they were at least able to make it to the waterfall. After a great lunch we visited the sloths at a preserve with our wonderful guide Julien. Nacho and William were attentive, professional, humorous. Ten Stars.
