  Joan was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. He guided us through the region, explained history of Barcelona and Priorat, and provided answers for all our questions. I would highly recommend using this service for anyone at any wine knowledge level.

  Ivan was fantastic. Very informative or the area, the history and the wines. Easy going and all the wines were delicious. The olive oil tasting was a great bonus and lunch was delicious!

  Ivan was a fantastic guide! We had a fun and educational day at 3 very different wineries, to see everything from larger to micro environment. Priorat is the only other DOQ in Spain other than Rioja, and the wine supports that. The tasting and lunch at Clos Figueras was exceptional. Stopping at the monastery and Roman ruins was an unexpected bonus. Definitely recommend this trip!

  We have participated in numerous winery tours in various parts of the world and this one ranked very close to the top of the list! First of all, Ivan was pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt and creative. We got lucky and the tour was just the 3 of us in our family, so essentially a private tour was fantastic. The 3 wineries we went to were perfectly chosen -- small, intimate, family-oriented, unique. And then the bonuses of an olive oil tasting, lunch, and a quick tour of a monastery really rounded out the experience. This is the real deal!
