We start the day with this family winery, which has one of the best value wines in the valley of Porrera. This is an opportunity to taste some old vintages, something unique for Priorat. Here, we will taste their unique Monlleó wine with 10+ years of aging.

Joan was a terrific guide. He was very knowledgeable with wine and passionate for the region. The scenery was terrific, the wines we tasted were fantastic and the lunch at Clos Figeroas was 10 out of 10. If you are in the Barcelona area and love wine this is a can’t miss tour.

Joan did an amazing job as our driver and level 3 Somm! He told us about the wineries and recommended how long to lay the bottles down. If I was going to do wine tasting outside of Barcelona, I would highly recommend him. He took great care of us!

Ivan was a fantastic guide! We had a fun and educational day at 3 very different wineries, to see everything from larger to micro environment. Priorat is the only other DOQ in Spain other than Rioja, and the wine supports that. The tasting and lunch at Clos Figueras was exceptional. Stopping at the monastery and Roman ruins was an unexpected bonus. Definitely recommend this trip!
