For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours (during office hours) before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
The Assistant in a uniform (with a sign displaying your name) will meet you at the plane exit after the air-bridge. The guide will wait until all passengers disembark. Guide will remain with you until arrivals exit.

5.00I was intrigued by this service offering and thought I would try it. I was most impressed! On arrival, walking out of the jet, just coming out of the air bridge, I was greeted by Kai, the friendly greeting agent, holding a sign with my name. We walk to the priority/fast track immigration section, bypassing the general passport control line up, which at that moment was amassing with hundreds of newly arrived passengers (several long haul flights evidently arrived at approximately the same time at BKK airport!). Kai left me to join the line up there for passport presentation. After being efficiently processed by the Thai passport control officer I went on towards the baggage carousel, where Kai was waiting, then with my luggage picked up, we proceeded to the transport area. I had chosen the transfer service, and was driven directly to my hotel. This was a smooth, professional service, with an agent providing assurance and direction, which probably saved me an hour of lining up and the stress of navigating the large, busy BKK airport. Recommended!

5.00Definitely worth it! Get right off the plane and a sign has your name. They whisk you through customs as everyone else waits in a long line. They even helped us find out ground transportation and bags. 5 stars would not visit Bangkok without this.

5.00Easy to book met at gate with Thai friendly greeting. Availed at 4pm thank god I chose the service the line at immigration was enormous up to 2 hr wait. I was through in minutes bag collected and off I went.

5.00The last couple of times flying into Bangkok has been a nightmare with long waits at immigration. I think due to the new online arrival form. In the past the queues were much faster. This time I decided to try the express service and boy am I glad I did. On disembarking my flight, I was greeted by a friendly lovely lady. She took my bag, waited while I went to the loo. At immigration, the queue was longer than I'd ever seen it (peak hour and high season too). When I saw that queue, I was so happy and relieved that I'd decided to book this service. Went to the fast track queue and was out within 10 minutes. The lady helped me get my luggage and go to the taxi rank. The whole experience was seamless and I think from now on I will include this service to my travel budget when coming into Thailand. Only issue I have with giving this great review, is that maybe everyone will do the same and the fast track lane may become as long as the normal one..lol.
