What To Expect
On Prishtina International Airport pickup, passengers are greeted by the driver with a Meet & Greet digital sign. Passenger luggage is operated by the driver and safely put into the trunk. Once the passengers are on board, the ride starts with the driver having the exact drop-off location and will take you there safely and securely. On drop-off, the driver will assist you with the luggage and settle the account with the company. On hotel pickup, similar to above, the driver notifies the reception for pickup and will be waiting until you are onboard.

1.00Our driver never showed up, we waited 30 minutes in 20 degree weather before cancelling the ride and another taxi ended up stopping for us. They charged me anyway of course, and there's nowhere to dispute the charge.

1.00Nobody was waiting at the airport. I called 10 times to the number of the service, nobody answered. One hour later, they called me saying that the taxi arrived. I complained because I waited one hour, and he was rude with me because I was complaining. I don’t recommend this service
