The Truetravel&More experience was excellent, they understood my needs and adjusted to them. We loved the city. Guide Gerardo Patiño is excellent. Get to know the city, its history and its dynamics in depth and with passion. In addition, he was respectful, communicative and you can tell that he likes what he does. The fact that I speak Spanish was a great advantage. Regarding the driver, Dimitro. Likewise their work and attention was excellent. He knew the city, is respectful and accessible. In both, the communication through WhatsApp for coordination, was excellent, agile and expeditious. Regarding communication with the guide and driver, it was excellent, fast and without any setback. In addition, they immediately responded to my inquiries.
