5.00Really great service. Our driver was friendly and spoke really good English. Navigated the traffic safety and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Always be aware in Bali that if the map says 1 hour give yourself at least 2hours.. due to the level of traffic.

4.00When I was traveling from Chandidasa to Sanur, I had asked for ride-sharing (company G) from the app, and the driver called me on the whats app, saying, "I don't have any money right now, so I need to pay cash," and "I need an extra fee to get there." I cancelled because he was messing around even though I had already paid my card. When I was in trouble, the hotel doorman who was watching it told me that ride-sharing was not possible here, and introduced me to a local taxi. Bluebird couldn't come either, so I asked, but he drove politely, stopped by the bank on the way, and we were able to move safely without charging more than the regular flat rate. I would like to use it when I go to Chandidasa again.
