Private transportation is provided for you or your family to or from airport with a large fleet of vehicles ranging from an Executive car (3 passengers) to Minibus (8 passengers). All drivers are fully licensed and vetted by Transport for Thailand. The vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained in high standard to provide a safe and comfortable journey to all passengers. All the vehicles are fitted with GPS and tracked to ensure a smooth passenger transfer. All vehicles booked are for your private transportation only. Arrival option Private Transfer: Details of your driver will be provided prior to your travel. Pricing includes meet and greets at the airport arrival lounge. Your guide will be holding a name-board with your given name and wait in the arrival lounge meeting point. All incoming flights will be monitored and your driver will be waiting at your terminal accordingly. Pricing includes 90 minutes of waiting from the time your flight lands. If any unexpected situation arises however, then the wait time will be extended for passengers who contact there is trouble with luggage or Immigration line. Departure option Private Transfer: Enjoy reliable door-to-door service with this private transfer service to Airport. At the designated time, your professional driver meets you at your hotel then will be help you with your luggage and then all you need to do is relax in air-conditioned comfort inside your private vehicle. 2.00Roundtrip transfer from BKK to Pattaya was booked months in advance. My arrivals pickup was went very smoothly so I had similar expectations for the departure transfer. I emailed the tour operator twice via Viator a day before to reconfirm my pickup time. I received no response. I emailed the morning of, at 8:30am to get a confirmation for my 10am pickup to BKK, which is a 2hr trip from my hotel. Still, there was no response. I sent them 3 WhatsApp messages and they still never responded. In a panic, I asked the hotel to call them. They finally answered and did not have my transfer information. The person who answered had no idea I had a pickup nor did she realize that the car was already 15mins late. I was not picked up until 10:30am. This is unacceptable! If you are looking for a completely reliable experience, I would not recommend this service.

5.00We were able to get the van to pick us up at our Airbnb in the city for a 500 baht surcharge instead of from the airport, as we were staying an hour away. Our driver was early and friendly, and got us to our residence in Pattaya in 2 hours instead of 3. Would absolutely recommend this service!

5.00Driver was waiting ahead of schedule, nice air conditioned vehicle. A little bit older of a car, but clean with free water waiting. I felt very safe with this driver, and the price is pretty on par for a questionable taxi ride. If you need to make a flight on time, I highly recommend using the service. It’s nice to not be wondering if you’re gonna get a cab to show up, and what condition the cab will be in. I used a taxi to leave Bangkok to go to Pattaya and it was a horrible experience

1.00Beware on the service they provide. They left us in the air, with no communication at all. We have been waiting in the resort lobby for a confirmed transfer from Patayya resort to the airport. They never showed up. I called multiple times to their business number, no answer at all. I messaged them via the Viator app/whats app but no answer as well. The immense anxiety this company put us through is not acceptable because we have a flight to catch. In the end, the resort had helped us get a ride to the airport. One word to describe them…UNRELIABLE SERVICE. I am still waiting for my refund!

5.00Very easy transfer, once you go to the pick up location outside by baggage area. They had a Viator sign with my name on it. Got in the air conditioned car and went straight to my hotel in Pattaya from Bangkok airport.
