When booking you will need to provide us with your Arrival flight details and details of where you would like to be taken to. If your accommodation is a private address, please ensure that you also provide the full address. Please note that flights are monitored constantly so you can be sure we will be waiting for you. Private transfers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to any location within Cyprus. 1.00We were travelling to Cyprus in a family group of 12, (7 adults and 5 children). The plane was delayed by 40 minutes going so we arrived at Paphos airport at approx 23:45. The 2 hire cars we had booked were there and waiting for us. With the number of cases we had, the taxi was essential to take 2 adults and luggage. It wasn't there and the 2 adults had to take an airport Taxi which cost 70euros. As the booking was made on my lap top, I didn't have contact details on my phone. I've used Viator several times over the years and been very happy with services they offer and would recomend them without reservation. In this case I think it was the taxi company that let us down.
