There are some good places for a local food experiences that we will be more than happy to stop. San Gerardo de Dota is located up in the highest hills of Costa Rica and part of the road can be cloudy or rainy. The forest change very fast so pay attention to the landscape and the beautiful mountain views along the road.

5.00Best transportation service in Costa Rica. I flat out cannot recommend Erik and his transportation service enough. The communication is excellent. The drivers are friendly and passionate about ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and timely ride. Erik himself drove myself and two friends from the airport and honestly we had a blast chatting with him. We had trouble locating our accomodations and Erik got on the phone with the owner to ensure we made it to our place. Such a friendly and welcoming experience. Next time I go to Costa Rica, there is no question that I will hire Erik and his service to get me wherever I need to go. Muchas gracias, Erik ¡Pura vida!

5.00These guys were so great at helping a group of us - all We were a group of friends landing on different flights into San Jose that needed airport transfers to a hotel in the centre of San Jose. We also booked a tour to Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfalls Gardens, as well as a transfer to Toucan Rescue Ranch. Ovi was great and very patient with us as he took us on a tour of the market in San Jose. Lastly, we used Costa Rica Transportation for transfers to Jaco from San Jose. We stopped for fresh fruit and a toilet break and then a lovely lunch at Crocodile Bridge and more photo opportunities. Ovi also took us to the Jaco sign for even more photo opportunities. Great company & knowledgeable drivers that really helped make our holiday. Thanks so much!
