5.00The service was really very good. As soon as we landed we already received a message from our driver Inga that she was ready for the terminal with the exact location, so we could easily find her. Inga drove very neatly and is a nice taxi driver who likes to chat. Also the return trip from the hotel to the airport we had Inga as driver. We got a message in time when she was at the hotel. Compliments of her service.

5.00Our Airbnb put us contact with this company for airport transfer. It took us 3 hours to get through passport control upon departure and we heard a lot of people in the queue had their transfer cancelled as it wasn’t until 2am that we left the airport, however, Inga was so kind and understanding and stayed awake to pick us up despite it being a public holiday! She was so friendly too and very easy to communicate with. We then booked a return transfer. We were visit auschwitz the same day and our driver for auschwitz (same company), gave our bags to Inga so we didn’t need to carry them around all day! Very efficient service, clean transport and an extremely friendly driver who helped us out so much! There were 8 of us to accommodate too! Would highly recommend and certainly book again

5.00Dealt with Wiktoria and she was brilliant. Everything had been arranged and then at the last minute I had to alter the arrangements as another person was joining our trip. Wiktoria on behalf of her company dealt with the arrangements and contacted me at every stage so I could concentrate on on the trip.

5.00Wanted to experience the mountains while in krakow, we employed a private driver for a better experience and see other stuff out there, the std tours don’t go to ! lots of snow wonderful quirky wooden buildings, great views of snowy mountains, loved the smoked cheese visit, and two n half hours in thermal pools in dark fabulous minus 1 walking between pools, we attended a quiet set of 5 pools 26 to 40 degrees even a bar in one fabulous evening event,

4.00Pick up was not a Mercedes van, it was a Prius. Had 4 adults with two large suitcases and 4 carryons and it was a tight fit. Car didn’t smell the best.
