What To Expect
The Meet and Greet service that we provide is simplified. When you book a pick-up from the airport our driver/s will meet you in the arrivals hall of either T1 or T2 on Sofia Airport with a cardboard name sign, will help you with your luggage and drive you safely to the destination of your desire. When the booking is for a drop-off from a hotel or any other destination, the driver will contact you once he is at the location, he will help you with the luggage and drive you safely to the Sofia Airport. Vehicle type that will take you to your destination depends on the number of people and the amount of luggage. Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz E-Class and Mercedes-Benz V-Class. If you have any further questions or desires, don't hesitate to contact us.

5.00Driver was waiting for us at the airport right outside the door with my name. Did not have to search for him. Very quick, pleasant ride into Sofia from the airport. I was proactive about giving detailed information about our flights. They did respond closer to pickup day. I would use this service again.

5.00We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel downtown. The driver was there waiting as arranged. The car was high end and convo was nice as we asked whether the activities we arranged (with others) were worth it and suggestions about what to do. They breached out a few days before about exact pickup time and let them know along the way there was a dley and that caused no issues. Very easy and convenient to book.
They Never Showed Up. Stay Away From These People.

1.00They never showed up and I waited in line to get a taxi, which is what I was trying to avoid. I retrieved a message the next day claiming "car trouble" and they asked me why I didn't call them. Translation: their opinion is that I should have found a place to buy a European SIMS, call them, and ask, and find out that they weren't going to show up. So to them that makes this my fault. These people are no good. Stay away from them. I do not blame Viator; Viator has always been excellent on over 20 bookings, and Viator quickly refunded my money. So I applaud and thank Viator for quickly dealing with the refund.
