5.00I have used Mason and Green on two separate occasions when travelling to the UK from the States. Both times the service has been extraordinary. This most recent time involved transporting six family members and their luggage from Heathrow Airport to my son’s residence in Melbourn (a 65-mile trip) for a family reunion. I might add that my husband has mobility issues and taking public transportation was not a viable option. I needed something that would be prompt upon our arrival and comfortable. The Mason and Green transport worked beautifully. Prior to landing, I had received in my email driver details such as where to meet, registration mark, and make/model and color of the car. There was even a picture of the driver included. This made the pick-up process very secure. Excellent! Also, I was kept informed of when the driver was on his way and when he had arrived at the airport. Once greeted, the driver ensured we were comfortable and offered us water (which was appreciated). Should I find myself in London again, I would not hesitate to use the services of Mason and Green again.
