For Incheon Airport / Cruise Terminal Pickups:
Our drivers will wait for you at your arrival gate with your name on a picket. Flights are also tracked in case of any delays.
For Seoul Pickups:
Our drivers will wait for you at the hotel lobby driveway.

Starex - Can take up to 6 passengers + 5~6 large (28") luggage
Solati - Can take up to 11 passengers + 9~10 (28") large luggage

According to the Korean traffic laws, a child is considered as 1 passenger.
Baby car seats (additional charges of ₩15,000 for each baby car seat) are available upon request. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance if needed!
Grace waiting period of 10 mins for Seoul > Incheon Airport transfers. If you exceed the grace waiting period, overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour or part thereof is applicable and payable directly to the driver in cash.

5.00Jasmine the coordinator was awesome. Very responsive. The driver met us with no issues. I made sure to let Jasmine know asap once I knew our flight was delayed while in flight via WhatsApp. Was perfect for our family of 5 and all our luggage.

5.00The company sent us a message ahead of time to confirm details. It was easy to communicate with them. Our driver Mr. Lee arrived on the time indicated, our request for a carseat were fulfilled. It was comfortable and relaxing trip to the airport. Mr. Lee is a great driver and graciously helped us with our bags and warmly bid us goodbye. We are happy with the service and the car that was provided. Their rate is also very reasonable.

5.00I wholeheartedly recommend this transfer service from ICN to Seoul! It was such a relief to see a friendly, prompt driver waiting for us right outside of baggage claim. The company went above and beyond by reaching out days before our arrival to confirm travel details and share the driver's information. Our driver was patient and welcoming, greeting us with a warm smile as he helped with our luggage. The van itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. The ride was smooth and quiet, allowing us to relax and even take a quick nap on the hour-long drive to our hotel. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and will definitely be using this service again in the future!
