For Incheon Airport / Cruise Terminal Pickups:
Our drivers will wait for you at your arrival gate with your name on a picket. Flights are also tracked in case of any delays.
For Seoul Pickups:
Our drivers will wait for you at the hotel lobby driveway.
Vehicle & Luggage:
Staria - Can take up to 6 passengers + 5~6 large (28") luggage
Solati - Can take up to 11 passengers + 9~10 (28") large luggage

According to the Korean traffic laws, a child is considered as 1 passenger.
Baby car seats (additional charges of ₩15,000 for each baby car seat) are available upon request. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance if needed!
Grace waiting period of 10 mins for Seoul > Incheon Airport transfers. If you exceed the grace waiting period, overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour or part thereof is applicable and payable directly to the driver in cash.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Once you have made your bookings, we will message you via Viator within 24~48 hours to get details of your transfers. For Incheon Airport / Cruise Terminal Pickups: Our drivers will wait for you at your arrival gate with your name on a picket. For Seoul Pickups: Our drivers will wait for you at the hotel lobby driveway. **You may also submit the following details (in the special request section) during bookings to inform us of booking details beforehand: For Incheon Airport pickups: • Airline, Flight number & Arrival time • Destination (Hotel name & address) For Seoul pickups: • Pickup Time • Pickup Location (Hotel name & address)

5.00The company sent us a message ahead of time to confirm details. It was easy to communicate with them. Our driver Mr. Lee arrived on the time indicated, our request for a carseat were fulfilled. It was comfortable and relaxing trip to the airport. Mr. Lee is a great driver and graciously helped us with our bags and warmly bid us goodbye. We are happy with the service and the car that was provided. Their rate is also very reasonable.

5.00I wholeheartedly recommend this transfer service from ICN to Seoul! It was such a relief to see a friendly, prompt driver waiting for us right outside of baggage claim. The company went above and beyond by reaching out days before our arrival to confirm travel details and share the driver's information. Our driver was patient and welcoming, greeting us with a warm smile as he helped with our luggage. The van itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. The ride was smooth and quiet, allowing us to relax and even take a quick nap on the hour-long drive to our hotel. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and will definitely be using this service again in the future!

5.00Gajayo- Seoul private airport transport Booked a private round trip transport from Incheon to Lotte Seoul Executive Hotel. Driver was waiting for us outside the arrival doors at the airport. Driver did not speak English but was very courteous and professional. We had the same driver returning to the airport and he arrived on time to the hotel. Only recommendation is to use Large Clear Name Signs at the Airport or to have the Drivers Text with specific meeting location in crowded areas. Will recommend this company for private transport.

5.00It was raining extremely hard was so pleased we didn’t have to walk to the main area to catch a bus or train . It’s over an hours drive to the airport and this was great for the 8 of us . Our driver drove safely as well especially in the conditions
