5.00Andrew was so friendly and very helpful getting us to our Airbnb! He called to make sure we landed and directed us to where he was parked once we left the airport so we could easily find him. Would definitely recommend a private transfer with Andrew!

1.00I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Salty Private Transport Services on January 1. Two months ago, I booked a transfer from Secrets Baby Beach in Aruba to the airport, expecting a reliable service. However, 15 minutes before the pickup, the driver, Andrew Werleman (+2975925202), messaged us to say he wouldn't be able to make it. When I asked if he could arrange for another driver, especially given the last-minute nature and the difficulty of securing drivers on New Year’s Day, he dismissively responded that it was not his problem and told us to make our way to the airport ourselves. Attempting to find a taxi was futile due to the holiday, and as a result, we missed our flight. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The driver’s failure to fulfill the service, coupled with no apology or compensation, left us stranded and caused significant inconvenience. If you value dependable transportation on Aruba, I strongly advise against using this driver or associated services. They simply do not care about their customers.

5.00Andrew and Ziggy provided wonderful transportation for our family of 14 to and from the airport. They were easy to communicate with, confirmed our needs, and were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had different arrival and departure times and they handled it all perfectly. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we get to go back to Aruba!

Easy to find the attendant, and they texted me via Whatsapp to coordinate pick up a few days prior to arrival, and when we landed. We got a round trip fare, and they've already started to coordinate the pick up for our return home. Great to have one less thing to think about!

5.00This is the service you need once you land in Aruba. Andrew picked us up from the airport & took us safely to our hotel. He made excellent recommendations for dinner and attractions. Once our trip was over, he was there right on time. We will most definitely use this service in the future!
