  Our driver, Filipp, was on time for our pick up from the hotel. He had provided our ride from airport to hotel when we arrived in Panama City, so of course, he remembered us. His English was great, he was informative and answered questions we had about the city & restaursnts, and he handled all our luggage. I would highly recommend Filipp as a dependable and friendly driver!

  We weren't sure how we were supposed to find our driver after we picked up our luggage. He was waiting for us and was holding a sign with my husband's name in it. Our driver was grest- he was polite, helpful, and very informative about attractions & restaurants in the area of our hotel.

  Was not greeted at the airport by the driver. No sign no car. Found a helpful airport employee to call the shuttle company. They said driver is on the way. In the mean time another driver from Panama Shuttle was looking for his customer and was not helpful at all. The airport employee was able to get us a taxi that accepted our shuttle voucher. Not sure if that was arranged by the other shuttle driver or not, but we finally made to our hotel, and are ready to enjoy our time in Panama.

  Our driver, Fillip, was excellent in every way. We had very early flights (2 and 3 am!) both in and out of Panama City. Fillip fulfilled every expectation! He was at the airport when we arrived. He was helpful and informative as well as an excellent driver. Highly recommend!

  The best service in all the countries I have traveled to, helpful, punctual, and they made me feel safe, they resolved doubts and questions and on the way from the airport to the hotel I didn't want it to end because of how good I felt talking to bilingual guide
