Booking Confirmation After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details. We monitor your flight for delays or early arrivals to ensure timely pickup. Meet & Greet At Calgary International Airport, your chauffeur will greet you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. For hotel or residential pickups in Calgary, Canmore, Banff, or Lake Louise, your driver will meet you at the main entrance at the scheduled time. Luggage Assistance & Transfer Your driver assists with luggage and escorts you to a premium vehicle. Transfers are direct and efficient, with scenic routing available upon request. 5.00We recently used Vishal for several transfers during our family trip to Banff and Lake Louise. He picked us up from Calgary Airport upon arrival and drove us to Banff, then later transported us from the Kendrick Hotel in Banff to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and finally drove us back from the Fairmont to Calgary Airport at the end of our week-long stay. Vishal went above and beyond when we accidentally left some luggage behind at the airport. Even though he was already 20 minutes away, he turned around without any complaint or hesitation and helped us retrieve it. His willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. From start to finish, Vishal was excellent. He always showed up early, was extremely responsive by text and phone, and made the drives enjoyable with his friendly, personable nature. He shared wonderful information about the area, the Rocky Mountains, and gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to visit. He was also fantastic with our kids – patient, kind, and engaging the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver and guide. Vishal made our travel days smooth, informative, and fun. We will definitely be using him again when we return to the area this summer. Thank you, Vishal!

5.00Booked the private service for a family of 7. We were picked up in a large, very comfortable Mercedes Sprinter that was perfect for a group our size. Our driver, Vishal, was amazing. He was on time and navigated the snowing roads with ease. He was super friendly and incredibly informative with any questions we asked. Truly recommend this service. We will be back in the summer and definitely will use the exact same service again.
