What To Expect
When you book your airport transportation, we will send you an email to confirm your booking and to request your flight information. When you arrive in Nassau, after you clear immigration and collect your bags, you will be asked to walk to the 3rd bench to the left after walking out of the airport arrival area.

1.00Every time I called to update them. The rep told me they're unavailable and they would send an email to them. Reps were usually rude. I Would never hear back. The driver never showed up and I had to find alternative transportation. Would not recommend.

1.00Booked through a third party, texted the transportation service the morning of travel and upon landing in Nassau, no response either times. Reached out to the third party and was informed that the transportation service canceled the reservation moments ago because there were not enough travelers. Left to navigate ground transportation at the airport.

1.00From the moment we scheduled our transfer the communication felt off putting but we proceeded anyway. Even through text it felt like there was an attitude. Upon arrival we were told to go to the third bench, when we walked out we asked the airport staff where it would be since there is no number labeling of benches. We stood where the airport employees told us to stand, when she arrived she told us to come down to the third bench which was only a few steps away, so it shouldn’t have been a big deal! We explained we did not know where the third bench is and just stood up where the employees told us. She proceeded to say “the airport employees arent picking you up, I am”, she did not come out of the vehicle to try to find us (even though we were only two steps away) or even greet us, immediately she started complaining about how we were at the wrong bench. In the description, it mentions someone will have a nameplate waiting on us, obviously that did not happen. We decided to take a local cab who was much more professional and hospitable. 0/10 recommend.
