  Excellent friendly, professional service. I booked a trip down to Cabo for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. We set up the airport transportation with Baja SUR. Overall the service was fabulous. I really felt like they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, and well taken care of. Mathias and Michel were on time and communicating with us as soon as we landed to give us the exact location for pickup. They were on time and had ice cold drinks waiting for us. Mathias and Mike had great information and suggestions on activities and excursions that we would enjoy during our stay. They helped gave us information on who to connect with for our day trip boat ride to the beach / sunset boat ride. Also they helped us set up a fishing boat trip for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration. Highlight of this excursion he ended up catching a 9ft Marlin. Mike and Mathias had great recommendation on which restaurants would hit the spot for when we were craving something from local food stops to the restaurants on the marina. Thank you so much for the great communication skills and friendly outstanding service it really did help make this trip go smoothly and very enjoyable.   Let me tell you, such a great respectable company that provides extreme hospitality. They made all of us feel like family and took care of us everyday when we were there. If there is one company you should trust it is Baja Sur VIP. Shout out to Mike and Matt if they are available to pick you up request them. We will be returning to Cabo and are going to be customers of Baja Sur VIP for life.

  10/10 they were on time, very polite, nice cars. Keep in mind I traveled solo and they made the trip feel so safe from pick up to drop off. I am definitely using them again!

  I rode in both the suv and the van, both were spotlessly clean and new. Drivers were very professional and friendly and full of information. They even had ice cold beer and tequila in the van! Easily the best (and very affordable) transportation service in Cabo. Easy choice.

  My wife and I did a trip to Cabo end of February 2025 and booked a private shuttle through Baja SUR. Our driver Mathias was in communication via text walking us through the airport where we were greeted with a large SUV, water and beer on ice and a bottle of champagne which I requested (extra). Through conversation with Mathias and Michel (contact in USA) the recommended the Santa Mona Lisa as a must for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean at sunset and we watched whales from our table, I highly recommend. Mathias picked us up from our resort and waited for us and brought us back to the resort. The day we were scheduled to leave, our flight was delayed but our bus was still scheduled for the same time which would’ve meant we’d have longer to wait at the airport. I quickly jumped online with Michel who arranged for Mathias to pick us up once again with champagne. I can’t thank these guys enough for making our trip an over the top experience. They were courteous, attentive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend these guys and have their numbers saved in my phone for when we return. Thanks guys!!   If you are looking for reliable and honest transportation in the Cabo area, these guys are it. The communication with Pablo and his team was outstanding! They helped me with everything I needed during my trip, including taking my pup and I to the veterinarian!! These guys make you feel like part of the family and really cared about my experience!! Not only that, but they speak perfect English!! Thank you Pablo and Mattias for everything!!

  The people at Baja Sur VIP are the best you’re going to find. The hospitality made my large group and I feel like we were family. Whether you need to book a boat, cabana, or just a simple ride to wherever you need to go, these are your guys. We were greeted at every ride with refreshments, both alcoholic and an non alcoholic options available. I promise you will not regret your decision booking with this company.

  Matt and Micheal were amazing. Very professional, on time, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt satisfied with their service. They checked in on us while we were on vacation to see if there was anything beyond the car service we needed! Really enjoyed and appreciate their hospitality! I will definitely use them on my next trip down there and highly recommend to everyone! Great Guys!
