What To Expect
The driver will be waiting with a great personality and a Bahama welcome smile at our National airport. Once you proceed outside, you should see your name and driver waiting for you. Once we pack the bags, you are on your way to the beginning of a cultural experience. Its time for a great vacation. When its all done we can be there to transport back to the airport. Sad to see you go, but I know you will be back again.

2.00I booked Chippies for a family trip of 9 people. Our initial experience went well. They picked us up from the airport all of us didn’t come at the same time so they did 2 trips and brought us to the grocery store prior to bringing us to our Air B&B. The driver was present and informational. We thought we had picked a good company for all of the transfers for our trip. A few days into the trip we switched our stay to Atlantis we schedule a transfer with Chippies they showed up and said they couldn’t fit all of us even though I had confirmed they could with each of us having luggage. So we had to do 2 trips they charged us for 2 trips. We brushed that off and went on with the trip. At the end I reached out for our transfer back to the airport. I told them about having to do 2 trips and asked why they said we would all fit because we did not want to do 2 trips to the airport. They assured me we would all fit and that the driver was incorrect, so we scheduled the transfer. The day of our transfer the text me and said the driver informed them that we had to do 2 trips to Atlantis but we only paid him $55 like it was 1 transfer, they then said if we wanted a transfer it would be $175 which is more then 2 transfers because we shorted him on the last trip. That was a lie we paid the driver $120… They then said that if we couldn’t do $175 then they could not do the transfer. So we had to scramble and have the Hotel schedule it last minute. The hotel brought the same size van and fit all of us plus luggage and charged us $75 the same as their price.

5.00We had a private charter on a yacht with 8 friends and Fonzi picked us up ready energetic and was early! The experience which included communication prior to and when we arrived was seamless. The AC was strong and the ride was smooth. Fonzi went above and beyond and also accommodated a grocery store (and liquor stop). She was patient informative and absolute joy. On our return she confirmed everything in advance and was 30 minutes early and got us to our flight with plenty of time! And always smiling! I won’t travel to Nassau without Chippies!

5.00Our flight was delayed and they were tracking us the whole time. Kept in contact with us via app and text. Once we got our luggage they were waiting for us just outside the airport doors. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. Family business and they really care about keeping Chappie’s legacy going. I will use them again when traveling to Nassau.
