What To Expect

Once the arrival transfer is booked your assigned chauffeur will be at the arrival terminal well in time to meet and welcome you and then drive you safely to your booked hotel in Negombo to begin your great tour in style. You would also be given a brief understanding of the country as you sit back on your way to the hotel. Arrangements for the following days could also be discussed accordingly.

5.00Hello, We did a roadtrip in Sri Lanka. The first 7 days we had a wonderfull private driver, also known as Dilan Fernando. A positive, relaxed, funny and also a very great knowledged guide of his country. We were very glad to have Dilan with us to have worried-free days. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed in an overwhelming country. For example, he did everything to arrange some seats for us in the train to Ella where they were hard to get. It is an experienced and recognised man in every city of Sri Lanka! He knows the right spots, places, restaurants and cafe’s in each city. Thank you for the journey Dilan! 5.00Having never been to Sri Lanka we chose a guided tour with Travel Dreams of Sri Lanka. Dilan and Dinal picked us up at the airport and after that looked after us superbly during our 3 week trip. Dilan speed out all our tours and tickets. He actually knows everybody so we got to see things a lot of people don’t. We have travelled to many places on the world but Dilan and the team at Travel Dreams of Sri Lanka made this one of our most enjoyable trips ever. 5.00Dilan picked us up at Negombo and then spent the next 5 days driving us. It was amazing. The vehicle was always perfectly clean, bottled water available for us. He took us off the main road on occasions so we experienced things we never would have without him. His local knowledge and experience and contacts made sure we had a fabulous trip. We would HIGHLY recommend Dilan to anyone and will definitely travel with him again. It is a great way to ensure you don't miss the best bits that Sri Lanka has to offer.

5.00My wife Susan and I have toured Sri Lanka with Dilan twice so far (2018 and 2019) and our three adult children and their friends have each done the same, with Dilan, on separate occasions. Dilan is an absolutely excellent tour guide and driver. We highly recommend him. He is punctual, reliable and fun to be around and speaks excellent English and several other languages as well. Nothing is too much trouble. He has excellent local knowledge but will organise a guide at knock down rate when visiting sites of special interest, such as, for example, the ancient capitals. We love Sri Lanka and are planning to return. There is so much to see and do. Having Dilan as our driver makes the whole journey around this beautiful country so much easier and we always use Dilan for airport pickup and drop-off.
