Take your time and relax as all pickups include complimentary wait time 60 minutes at Brussels airport. For airport pickups, drivers use flight tracking to ensure they are there when you arrive. Waiting time start at landing. Your driver will wait for you with a tablet containing your name in the Arrivals Hall. Our cars are equipped with bottled water and free WiFi. In case of a cancelled flight, your transfer will be automatically cancelled free of charge. If there is a problem finding the driver please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. If you need a child seat, let us know in advance. The Belgian law does not allow us to take some rings inside the car, think about it.

5.00The line in Brussels Airport for Customs was more thank 1:30 minutes long, so we were 30 minutes late for our transfer. They still were able to greet us and transfer us to Antwerp. The pick up was smooth and made it stress free! Thank you.

5.00Great, friendly driver. Little wait at airport because the first driver was not available. Vendor called to apologize and say a second driver was on his way. We appreciated the vendor called to explain what was going on and his resolution. The second driver arrived shortly after the call.
