5.00We took a ride with Epic transfer and tours. Our driver was Alipate Raimou. He was professional and knew his way around the roads to avoid the traffic and got us to our hotel in good time. We took his number and returned with him to the airport took. No 'Fiji time' with Alipate - he was prompt and got us back for our flight on time.

5.00Met at Nadi Airport by friendly representative who was easily identified. Our driver was friendly and informative, he asked if we needed to stop via a supermarket, which we didn't but good to offer. We were the only people in the van which was modern and comfortable.

5.00I used Epic Transfers several times back and forth to Nadi Airport from various hotels. I always requested Mr Alipate Raimou as he was always on time with a big smile, helping me with my luggage etc. As it turned out on my last transfer to the airport before my flight to Tokyo Narita, I left my reading glasses in the taxi. I hadn’t noticed until I reached the departure lounge. I texted Mr Alipate to see if they were in the taxi , not only were they there but he returned to the airport and handed them over to the Fiji Airways staff. What amazing service!!!!!

5.00Amazing and smooth experience. I was picked up by Junior ALI from Nadi international Airport and taken to my accommodation. I cannot recommend Junior ALI more, he was very friendly and welcoming. Told me about some of the islands and what to look for and hours everything is open/runs for. He helped make the start of trip a lot easier and I was ready to start my day!

5.00Junior Ali was a great host. Polite, friendly, helpful and informative. I learnt about Fijian culture, agriculture on our drive down the coral coast. Ali helped with my luggage and getting to the check-in area. Thank you for making it a great start to my holiday
