5.00Went above and beyond to find lost passenger whom I was meeting to travel in transfer together He ended up in different terminal and our driver figured out why we couldn’t find him and drove to other terminal to get him

5.00We arrived close to midnight at Pudong Airport and so glad I pre-booked the airport transfer to my hotel. The driver was waiting right outside the arrival hall with a name card. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he was polite and helped with our luggage. It s a very busy airport, so glad I didn’t have to find my own way to get a taxi or other transport. Very good and safe driving straight to the front door of my hotel. Highly recommended 👍🏻

4.00It was my first time in Shanghai, so I asked to be picked up and dropped off at Disney Hotel. I was able to arrive at the hotel with peace of mind knowing that I could speak Japanese and was picked up from the airport exit. By the way, the price is more expensive than taxis, but you should be careful because there are still many bottling taxis in Shanghai. I also asked the hotel staff to take me to Pudong Airport from Disney Hotel on my way home, but when I was first asked where are you from? and answered JAPAN, they silently took a detour after that, charging me 130 yuan instead of the 80-100 yuan that was originally said. I still think it is cheap, but considering the anxiety, bad feeling and dangerous driving on the way there, I thought a safe pick-up service was better.
