5.00We booked a private tour for our family from the hotel in Melbourne to Mount Buller for a day in the snow. What a fantastic day! Our guide took us around to the various chair lift entry, toboggan, and areas around the village. We would have got lost and wasted time without our guide. He is so knowledgeable about the whole area and was interesting on the drive both ways too. Going directly to and from the hotel in a super comfortable and clean vehicle made a world of difference when doing such a long day. The booking process was easy and thorough, communication prompt, and people friendly. I would highly recommend them for a great and fun experience. I am so glad we went with this company for our children's first experience in the snow. #GreatPrivateTours #MtBuller #Snow #Skiing

5.00Wonderful three hour private tour of Melbourne. With a few questions, our tour guide was able to customize a tour for our family. This included the various arcades, street, art, state, library, lightning, ridge, opal, store, and chocolate shop! Hugo was knowledgeable and patient. Our kids are nine and 11 and we deviated from the original plan a few times. Hugo could not have been better! Private tours are worth the extra money, and this was done extremely well.
