1.00Our bike tour was canceled by the operator on the day of and in the message they said we would receive a full refund. It’s been almost one month since and we have yet to receive a refund. Also, the communication with them is lacking. They take long to respond, or don’t respond at all…

5.00Karim was absolutely fantastic! He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to get our bikes. We took our bikes all around Zurich and even stopped for a nice coffee before returning. Informative and so fun. Thank you so much- highly recommended!

5.00My husband and I were picked up from our hotel and brought to our bikes. Alle gave us a great tour around parts of Lake Zurich and up into the Old Town area pointing out many sites and customs. It gave us a great feel for the city and the whereabouts of where we might want to return on our own. He was very friendly and informative. Afterwards he returned us to our hotel.
