What To Expect
We will start our activity at the famous Ponton de Santa Maria, where the boarding point will be. On board our modern vessel, you will have the opportunity to contemplate the peculiar blue sea of the island of different shades. We will sail along the slope of the island where you will be able to contemplate the beauty of the island from the sea view. We will have some stops in strategic places to develop activities such as snorkeling or fishing. It is not possible to define a rigid itinerary for this type of activity due to the unpredictability of mother nature. Each tour is a unique experience, full of pleasant surprises. Throughout the activity, different marine animals can be seen, such as turtles, whales, dolphins and flying fish. We will conclude activity at the same boarding point. It will be memorable moments and many emotions.

The boat was in excellent condition and the environment on board was always safe and relaxed. During the tour, I had the opportunity to see amazing landscapes! It was one of the best ways to know the coast of Cape Verde and I highly recommend visiting the archipelago. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat!

5.00We were sent a taxi to collect us from the hotel. The driver drove us to the pier then walked us to our little speed boat where we were greeted by Joe? We had bags so they were stored away on the boat to be kept dry. My husband drove the biat after some instructions and we were off! We saw flying fish and a couple of turtles too. Finished back at the under water statue to snorkel which was brilliant. There was a little mix up with the return taxi but it was soon sorted by Joe. We had an amazing morning and would highly recommend this trip.

1.00It was NOT the speed boat we had booked. Costing €190 for the 2 hour tour. Taken out in an old fishing boat with tiny 15hp engine, it was awful, noisy and slow. Motored for 1 hour to take us to a concrete beach, then 1 hour back after some fishing (only 2 rods so I did not get a chance to catch any thing). Images of the beautiful shoreline attached! No swimming, no snorkeling, no turtles, no refreshments, no music, no English spoken by the captain, certainly no English understood when we asked about going snorkeling and seeing the underwater statue. Arrived back late and missed our afternoon trip so pretty much a whole day ruined. The only shipwreck we saw was the boat we were in!!
