This is a private Bruny Island experience.
We are a small private family run operation. Bruny Island is our second home, we have grown up on Island and have a deep history and great network of friends and local providers.
We are passionate to share and introduce our backyard to guests and believe its a privilege to offer small private experiences. Our small groups have minimum number of 2 guests and maximum numbers of 10 guests. For comfort, access, and in-depth in conversation and interpretation.
We give great guest focus, guests may ask for additional activities at an additional cost.
Optional walks to spectacular coastal bluff are available or follow a different trail of history and produce. Please mention interests and we will provide the balance in your next Tasmanian adventure.
This tour can be customised to an overnight tour. So 2 days to relax on island time. OR an all inclusive package. Please contact us. Please provide your afternoon activity preference at booking.

Get Shucked Oyster Bar
Enjoy some fresh oyster from our friends at Get shucked Oyster farm. Realise the industry and how they became one of the go to aqua farming opportunities around Tasmania.
Explore the varieties of fresh artisan cheese, we will pickup a cheese platter to enjoy at our favourite beach, along with the oysters. Please inform during booking your preferences.

5.00We enjoyed an informative and comprehensive tour around Bruny Island with Ben who is knowledgeable and a great story teller of historical interests of the island. Ben ensured all of our needs were met and included special touches like oyster tasting in a secluded spot, Ben drew on his intimate family experiences - what a day. Would highly recommend Ben and any of his private tours. We are planning on booking another tour with him in the future. The weather was kind to us for a winter visit to this island the photos don’t do it justice.

5.00Ben is the best local tour guide that you can find for Bruny Island, he grew in the Island and showed us the best kept secrets of Bruny Island, places for surfing, fishing and the best views. (where he used to go with his dad, and where he takes his kids now) We also went to the usual places, the neck, hiking, etc. Ben is really easy-going with an excellent sense of humor. He was very accommodating to our requests and he knows EVERYONE in the Island. He got us a private tour of the Bruny Lighthouse for 20 minutes with the guard, they even took us to the top of the lighthouse and we were able to get outside at the top of the lighthouse to see the views and feel the strong winds. We had a lovely lunch at the Winery. If you want a private tour of Bruny Island or any part of Tasmania we highly recommend Ben, you cannot go wrong with him. I wish there were more than 5 stars !!!!!

5.00We did an overnight tour on Bruny Island with Ben/Adventure Trails Tasmania, and it was fantastic in every respect. Ben communicated with us extensively before our tour to make sure we'd see everything we wanted to see and to get an idea of how we wanted to pace our time on Bruny Island. He planned a complete range of experiences for us, from oysters to trails to time on the coast. He was a pleasure to work with and a complete delight as a tour guide and traveling companion. Ben is knowledgeable and efficient and thoughtful--truly everything about our time on Bruny was top notch. I can't recommend this experience highly enough.
