Due to a change in our cruise ship itinerary we were unable to make our scheduled tour. Since we were not notified until the night before we were outside the refund time frame. They graciously offered us a refund as it was beyond our control. This was such a relief and outstanding customer service. We wanted to go on this tour so bad so I hope everyone else goes and enjoys it
