What To Expect
Our friendly staff will be waiting for you at the correct terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. To arrange your pick-up, we require your arrival flight details and the name of your destination hotel, as rates vary depending on location. Please identify the location of your hotel to select the correct zone. We monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Please note that all passengers must arrive at the same terminal and time to coordinate the service properly. The type of vehicle assigned depends on the number of passengers: Small groups will be transported in a VW Transporter or Toyota Hiace. Larger groups will travel in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via Viator to suggest a pick-up time for your return transfer to the airport.

5.00I have never taken advantage of a private shuttle from the airport. Now that I have will be reserving a shuttle for any trips I go on.. Our plane was delayed for maintenance and we arrived 5 hours late. I had good communication with them, and they were there when we landed with cold drinks and a smile. I would recommend this service to anyone needing to get to and from the airport.

1.00never use this ever service again because they did not show up and pick me up. Take me to the airport cause me to be late. There are not very reliable so I would just never use them.

5.00That Viator is a good reliable company. We were on tune and so was our driver Luis. Very helpful and courteous. It is a long drive from Can Cun to Tulum. Luis was a great driver, he had some soft drinks for us.
